We have grass

We love Sod. No really, we do.

Today was the day. The front dirt level was raised and graded so we could have the sod delivered. The rain held off and that was nice. Mark (my dad) and Garth, Brian my brother-in-law and his son Ethan (who did a great job helping) were there. One of our home teachers Scott and our good neighbor Bob helped as well. Our other home teacher Bryce and one of his neighbors Omi came just as we were finishing. Oh, how can I forget Anna and Brent! They... er...... "helped" too. Amber supervised and took most of the pictures.

This is what we had leftover. We listed it on KSL and had it sold in 10 min. They picked it up just this afternoon.

Wow, what a morning. The grass is in before the big storm hits. The next project is to get our plants/shrubs and finish off the front with planters and the trees for the front strip. It is so nice to have a yard!
