Yes, first grade!! Wow, she is growing up way too fast! Her teacher is Mrs. Milne and she is with a lot of kids from the ward which is great! She was really excited to go back to school, but after going all day she was pretty tired. She also missed rug time and didn't like sitting in a desk that long. Every night for the first week she would say she didn't want to go back, but by the next morning she was excited to go again. Thankfully she is still doing great!
We just had our first parent teacher conference and she is doing so well! Her teacher and the intern just love her, they say she is always smiling and so good to get along with everyone. They wish she would talk a little more...which is so weird because you can't get her to stop any other time! She is doing such a great job reading and math is definitely a strong subject for her. Anna is so smart and has a killer memory, she takes after her dad! We are so proud of her in every way!!
Brent misses her, but at the same time it is good for them to have a break from each other. We are coming up on our first 'off track' time, I hate year round, I'm sure they will have fun together for the first week or so, but by the end it will definitely be time to go back!

Oh, man, the kid who doesn't talk too much in school is the teacher's favorite! She's adorable. :)
